Link Crew is a freshman transition program. It begins with an orientation in August before the first day of school. Throughout the school year Link Crew Leaders (upperclassmen) provide social and academic support. Link Leaders are also trained to teach life skills lessons in freshman classrooms at various times during the year. Junior and Seniors are nominated to become Link Crew Leaders by their teachers. Recommendations are based on students' academic achievement, involvement in the school and community, willingness to lead others, enthusiasm, and demonstration of other leadership qualities.

You must apply to become a link leader, and then you are nominated by your teachers based on various leadership qualities. Selections are in the spring of your sophomore year.
