The athletic program at Stratford High School provides the student-athlete with an opportunity to develop the qualities of self-discipline, commitment, teamwork, self-esteem and loyalty. The interscholastic sports program is an integral part of the entire high school experience. It is a privilege to participate in the athletics program, not a right! Therefore, our participants must be students and good citizens first and foremost.

Stratford High School has three sports season: fall, winter, and spring.

We are a member of the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference (CIAC) and the South-West Conference (SWC). The CIAC website is http://cas.casciac.org/ and the SWC website is www.swc-ct.com .
