Election Day - School CLOSED 11.7.2023 - November 6, 2023
Dear Stratford Families,
This is a reminder that tomorrow, November 7, 2023 is Election Day for municipalities. 10 of our schools will be used as polling centers; open from 6 AM to 8 PM. As such, there will be no school for students.
Stratford has a talented slate of individuals running for municipal office. If you are one of Stratfords approximate 34,000 eligible voters, I encourage you to go out, exercise your civic responsibility, and vote for candidates best qualified, in virtue and background, to fill the vacant elected official positions.
Sincerely,
Dr. Uyi E. Osunde

Dear Stratford Families,
We are excited to invite you to our first installation of our Town Hall series. This
semester, the Town Hall will be held on October 24 at 6:30 PM at Stratford High
School auditorium. The Town Hall meeting is intended to create a space for a dialogue and promote stakeholder voice. District, or school system, leaders will be present to provide updates on our school system priorities. Additionally, attendees will be able to provide feedback and suggestions for the consideration of district leaders. We also anticipate our school building leaders will be in attendance, and over the last couple of years we’ve also had a good amount of our teachers join us as well.
This year, our district theme is Family and Community Partnerships. We are
extremely proud of all the work that went into preparing and planning to start the year,
and we look forward to a successful year in partnership with you and this outstanding
community.
Let us continue to ensure that all feel included in this work, engaged in this work, and
inspired by our collective efforts and collaboration.
Click on link below to RSVP. We are looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday, October 24.
