The Stratford Health Department is hosting its annual Back-to-School clinics, providing immunizations and physicals to school-age youth to the age of 19.
The series of clinics will take place starting in August at the Birdseye Municipal Complex located at 468 Birdseye Street in Stratford.
· Thursday, August 15, from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm
· Tuesday, August 20, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
· Thursday, August 22, from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm
· Tuesday, August 27, from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm
· Thursday, August 29, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
· Tuesday, September 3, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
The cost for the physical examinations is $80.00. Immunization prices are as follows: the first vaccine is $20.00, the second vaccine is $10.00, and any additional vaccines received during the same appointment are $5.00 each.
