Clover Field Pick Up

On November 1st, the 5th graders embarked on an enlightening Audubon field trip to Clover Field, where they took part in a hands-on marine debris cleanup. As they explored the park, the students worked diligently to collect debris, gaining insight into how human-made materials can pollute our oceans and bodies of water—even items originating from far away.

Using their findings, the students will develop an action plan to share with our school and the Audubon community. They will present their results in the future, and we look forward to hearing about their discoveries and witnessing their commitment to environmental stewardship in action.

Remember, what's on the ground, ends up in the Sound!
