Our Team’s Mission
Our mission is to foster a supportive, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment that inspires academic excellence, cultivates creativity, and creates lasting educational experiences that positively impact the lives of our students. We strive to instill a love for learning while teaching the Portrait of a Graduate traits to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive both in the classroom and beyond.

Our Curriculum
Our dynamic and well-rounded curriculum is tailored to meet the needs of our Brilliant Falcons. Our programming includes literacy, numeracy, science, social studies, art, music, physical education, library media, purposeful play, and health education. We proudly feature a robust music program with chorus, strings, and band, along with an enrichment program, special education services, and a K-4 ABA program designed for students with exceptionalities.

Support Services
In addition to our academic offerings, Franklin Elementary provides essential support services, including a Health Behavior Clinic, two special education teachers, a school psychologist, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, a school counselor, and a full-time nurse. We embrace restorative practices and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) to support our students' social and emotional development, helping them build resilience, empathy, and self-regulation.

We also offer an ESOL program to support English language learners and work closely with local businesses and non-profit organizations to provide resources that enrich the educational experience for our diverse student population.

Student Well-being
Beyond academics, Franklin Elementary ensures student well-being by offering free daily breakfast and lunch through our dedicated kitchen staff, maintaining a safe and clean environment with the help of our custodial team, and ensuring safety with a team of crossing guards. We actively collaborate with community leaders and local organizations to enhance learning experiences.
