Wilcoxson Elementary School

Mr Babey and Mrs. Pond came into the gym to talk to the 3rd graders about band and orchestra for next year. In 4th grade they can sign up to play an instrument. There will be another orientation again in the fall for students and parents. Today they saw a few of the instruments they can play such as: Violin, Viola, Cello, Trumpet, Trombone, Clarinet, Saxophone, Flute and the Orchestra Bells. The Students in the Asset Club put together the Hygiene Bags. They will be donated to the VA Hospital. The extra items will be brought to the soup kitchen. THANK YOU Wilcoxson Families.

The District Jazz Band performed at Wilcoxson today, May 30th. The band includes 4 Wilcoxson students. They toured other elementary schools as well. Great Performance.

Field Day was Friday, May 24th. THANK YOU to the PTA for the T-Shirts and the Popsicles. We had a great day !!!
