Mrs. DiStefano and Mrs. Scandurra had the opportunity to bring twenty three of our student leaders to today’s CAS Student Leadership Conference at Housatonic Community College. All sixth grade Student Advisory and Student Council members attended this event from 9AM-1PM on Friday, January 10th, 2025. Each student attended three sessions designed to foster leadership skills, while engaging in hands-on activities aligned to our district’s Portrait of a Graduate. Activities included creative problem solving, communication, decision making, and productive thinking. In addition, they had opportunities to collaborate with other student leaders from around the state!
